ACC - NIDMAR
The site is built using the Zend Framework which allowed us to rapidly develop some extremely complex business processes into a system which is now used by a specialised group of users spread throughout New Zealand.
The initial part of the system was designed to assist a team of experts develop exams by reviewing questions simitaneously in small groups. The system revolutionised the business process allowing the team to spend more time developing the questions by significantly decreasing the amount of time required to manage the project.
A second system was added to assist registered people to submit documentation for their certification. Again the savings in administrative tasks has resulted in increase efficiency and quality.
The system is currently being developed to build the community of the specialists how work throughout New Zealand. The success of this project has lead to other developments in Australia that will be launched in the near future.
